Children Traveling Alone

Children traveling alone receive personalized service. From the moment they arrive at the check-in counter, to the moment when they are collected by a family member or guardian at their final destination, children are accompanied by a passenger service agent.

The following rules apply
  • Children younger than 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old
  • Unaccompanied minors ages 5-7 will be accepted only on direct flights. Additional charges will apply
  • Children ages 8-14 may travel alone on any flight (nonstop or connecting) operated by this carrier. Additional charges will apply
  • Unaccompanied minors ages 15-17 can travel on any itinerary as "Meet and Assist" passengers. Additional charges will apply. (See below)
  • Children requiring medical supervision must travel accompanied by an adult

Important Information:

When the child arrives at his/her destination, the person meeting the child must present proper identification to ensure he/she is the person indicated on the form attached to the child's ticket jacket.
