Children traveling alone receive personalized service. From the moment they arrive at the check-in counter, to the moment when they are collected by a family member or guardian at their final destination, children are accompanied by a passenger service agent.
Children younger than 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old Unaccompanied minors ages 5-7 will be accepted only on direct flights. When the child arrives at his/her destination, the person meeting the child must present proper identification to ensure he/she is the person indicated on the form attached to the child's ticket jacket.
