If you require the use of medical oxygen during your flight, please take note ot the following regulations:
Descargue e imprima el Download and print the Copa Airlines Medical Approval Form. Have the physician certifying your need fill in the blank spaces as required. In addition, you must request a Medical Certificate on official letterhead which must include the stamp and signature of the physician authorizing the trip. Make sure that the certificate is dated a minimum of 10 days before your travel date and that it contains the following information:
Destination and travel date Conditions Passenger’s age Medications currently being taken by the passenger Required oxygen flow rate and prescribed amoun Be sure to contact our Sales Office in your city or our Call Center to notify them of your special need for oxygen and to send or deliver both certificates (Copa Airlines Medical Approval Form and Medical Certificate authorizing your travel and containing the information listed in regulation 2 above), at least 10 days prior to your travel date Onboard oxygen will be administered by face mask or nasal canulla, as specified by your physician, by the person accompanying the passenger, or by a Copa Airlines flight attendant Any changes to the passenger's flight itinerary are subject to flight availability (capacity) and should be made at least 3 days prior to the stipulated date Copa Airlines reminds you that it does not provide oxygen in the boarding areas or in any other areas of the airport
