The user´s obligations derived from the present Agreement are the following:

3. The obligation of covering all of the charges, schedules, rating and impositions that may occur as a direct or indirect consequence of the use of the present Web Site.
4. The obligation of not to convey, transmit, transfer, assign, or to license or sub-license in any way any of the rights derived from the use of the present Web Site.
5. The user recognizes the copyrights of COPA AIRLINES as solely and absolute owner of the total content of the present Web Site, as well as the ownership of COPA AIRLINES of its trademarks COPA, COPA AIRLINES, COPA VACATIONS, COPA CONVENCIONES, COPA CARGO, COPA COURIER, PANORAMA DE LAS AMERICAS, HUB DE LAS AMERICAS, advertised and/or used in the present Web Site.
6. The user understands and accepts the absolute rights that assist COPA AIRLINES to cancel all or some of the existence multiple reservations, when said company determines or verifies that one person in particular has confirmed or make reservations for one or more destinations or on about the same dates, without previous notice to the passenger or to the person that make the reservation.
7. To indemnify COPA AIRLINES and/or its providers for any kind of responsibility, expenses and/or damages that may occur as a consequence of the direct or indirect use of the present Web Site by the user.

Said content may be varied or changed periodically by COPA AIRLINES and/or its providers, to include changes or improvements to the content without the necessity or making a previous notice.
