1. Bonus valid for tickets flown between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
2. Eligible classes of service are C, D, Y, B, M, H, Q, K, V, U, S, W, E, L, T and N.
3. This offer does not apply to Premier qualifying segments (PQS), Premier qualifying miles (PQM), class-of-service bonus miles, class-of-service PQM, Premier bonus miles, redeemable bonus miles or other promotional PQMs.
4. Bonus is not valid on Copa Airlines or Copa Airlines Colombia marketed code-share flights operated by other carriers.
5. Bonus is not valid on government fares.
6. Bonus is credited 6–8 weeks after qualifying activity.
7. The member's MileagePlus number must be included in all bookings.
8. Flight activity must be posted to the member’s account in order to qualify for this offer.
9. Members flying on award travel are not eligible for the offer.
