Hotel reservations are available from our Panama, United States, Mexico, Canada and Other Countries portals. To make your hotel reservations, just go to copaair.com and click on the "Hotel" button.

1. Who can make a hotel reservation in copaair.com?

Anyone with a credit card issued in her or her name can make hotel reservations.


2. Which debit and credit cards are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and Visa Electron.


3. I do not have a credit card. Can I make a hotel reservation?

To make a hotel reservation, a credit card is required in order to guarantee the reservation. A hotel reservation cannot be made without a credit card.


4. What is a cancelation policy?

A reservation can be canceled in compliance with each hotel's cancelation policies depending on the rates and dates reserved. 


5. I am traveling with a minor. Does this have any effect on my reservations?

If you are traveling with minors, this can affect your reservations. When you make your reservations, be sure to indicate correctly how many adults and minors.


6. Can I reserve more than one room at a time?

Yes. Up to eight rooms can be reserved in one transaction.


7. How do I know that my reservation has been confirmed?

We will send you a confirmation email once the reservation has been made. You should receive the confirmation email within 15 minutes of making the reservation; however, receiving several hours later is possible. We suggest checking your junk mail folder in your email account to ensure that your confirmation email was not blocked.


8. I know where I want to stay, but the search results do not show the hotel I want. Why can't I find it?

There are several reasons why this may happen:

  • If there are no rooms available on the dates requested, the hotel will not be provided by the search. You can retry without inputting the dates.
  • If you use filters in the results page to limit your preferences, it may have left the hotel you are looking for out of the list.
  • You may be looking for a hotel that does not have rates that match this page.
  • The best way to find a specific hotel is to filter by the name of the hotel after looking for the desired destination.

9. How can I cancel a reservation online?

You can cancel your reservation using the link to the Customer Service page or the confirmation email link.
Locate the reservation you want to cancel then click on the "Cancel the reservation" option below. This will take you to a page that displays all the information regarding the reservation. A confirmation message will be displayed and you will receive an email confirming the cancelation.


10. How can I obtain a receipt for my hotel reservation?

After making the reservation, we will send you a confirmation email, which can also be used as a receipt. When checking out, the hotel will provide you with a receipt detailing and additional charges you may have incurred during your stay.


11. How do I file a claim?

To file a claim, you must call the following Hotels.com telephone numbers: (1-800-780-5733 for calls in English and Spanish / 0800-891-1893 for calls in Portuguese). These are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


12. How can I make free calls to the hotel information provider, Hoteles.com?

If you want to use your phone to contact our hotel information provider, Hoteles.com, you will incur into a charge if you are outside the U.S., Canada, or Brazil.   To make free calls from other countries, you can use Skype, which allows you to make calls at no cost.
