Copa Airlines cancels flights to/from Ecuador

September 30 and October 1 due to civil unrest

Panama, September 30, 2010 - Copa Airlines informs its passenger that due to civil unrest in Ecuardor, airports in Guayaquil and Quito will be closed from today until October 1. For that reason, Copa Airlines flights to and from Ecuador will be suspended until that date.

Change fees and fare differences will be waived for rescheduled travel booked in the same class of service and to the original city pairs if the new travel is completed by October 10, 2010.

  Final travel must be completed by: October 10, 2010 New travel must be completed by October 10, 2010. After this date, respective penalty fees will apply.

  According to ticket validity. (One year from date of issue) If travel is rescheduled in a different class of service or route from that of the original ticket, change fees and additional fare collection will apply.
