Electronic items allowed onboard

May be used at any time:

	Any physiological medical instrument that may have been prescribed (pacemaker, hearing aids, etc.).
	Beepers
	Electronic watches

May be used when the boarding gate is open and after reaching a height of 10,000 feet, after the crew makes such an announcement:

	Cameras/portable video recorders.			Global positioning system (GPS)
	Calculators			Electronic games or entertainment items
	Portable radio recorders			Laptop computers (must not be connected to the aircraft-equipped power outlets)
	Compact CD player			Cell phones, smart phones and Blackberry phones* (They may be used only when switched to the airplane mode.)
	Portable shaving machine

May not be used at any time:

	Television sets/radio (AM/FM band)
	No remote control toys or transmitters
	Electronic cigarettes
