Copa Airlines announces that our flights to and from Port-au-Prince have been suspended until further notice due to the situation in Haiti. We will restore our normal operations to Haiti as soon as the government authorities allow commercial flights to resume.
Copa Airlines is offering the option to reschedule or reroute your flight, without penalty, until April 10, 2010, according to the details below:

Change fees and/or additional fare collection will be waived if the rescheduled flights are booked in the original class of service to the same city pairs as originally ticketed. Passengers also may change the originating city or the destination, as long as it is Port-au-Prince, and the second city is in the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo - SDQ, Punta Cana - STI, or Santiago de los Caballeros - PUJ). The passangers must meet all Dominican Republic immigration requirements. |
