May I make reservations on copaair.com if I do not have a credit card?
Yes, just select the option “Reserve and Pay Later” during the purchase process. You will then have 48 hours to pay by returning to copaair.com and entering My Travel , calling the Call Center, or going to one of our Sales Offices.
How can I pay in cash?

May I make a purchase using my country’s currency if I am currently away from home?
At copaair.com, you may pay in the currency of your preference by selecting the appropriate country (portal) on the home page. See the table in the upper part of this page for details on the currencies available in the different countries.
My credit card account shows a “sum withheld.” What can I do?
Please send your account statement to reservations@copaair.com so we can take care of getting the funds released from your bank.
My credit card account shows a “floating balance.” What can I do?
What is the reimbursement policy at copaair.com?
Tickets purchased at copaair.com can be cancelled without penalty for up to 24 hours after a purchase is made. You may request cancellation within 24 hours on My Travel or by calling our Call Center. After 24 hours, returns, cancellations or changes are subject to the applicable purchased fare restrictions and charges. You may request changes or cancellations at one of our Sales Offices or by writing us at reservations@copaair.com
When will I receive my reimbursement?
The reimbursement is immediate. However, due to bank processing, it may take approximately 5 days to be reflected on your Visa and MasterCard accounts, and 10 days to show up on your American Express account.
Can you reimburse me in a different currency from that of my purchase?
Reimbursements may only be made in the currency in which the original transaction was carried out.
