The OnePass program enables members to earn miles simply by providing or entering their account number when making a reservation or checking in at the airport counter. All miles obtained are automatically credited to a passenger's account, whether they travel on Continental Airlines, Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia, or another participating airline in the program. 

Elite members earn miles bonuses for each trip, based on the miles actually flown. These miles are not applicable for reaching Elite status.

• Platinum: 100% over miles earned on your trip.
• Gold: 100% over miles earned on your trip.
• Silver: 25% over miles earned on your trip.

When flying, members earn the miles flown or a minimum of 500 miles per trip. For proper credit of miles earned, when making a reservation, either through our Reservation Center, copaair.com, or our Sales Offices, you must provide your OnePass number so that our staff can add this number to your reservation; after completion of your trip, miles will be credited to your account within 72 hours. You must make sure that your reservation contains your name as it appears on your account; otherwise, the system will not credit the miles to your account.

All passengers must keep their boarding pass until miles have been credited to their account. If the miles do not appear on your account statement, you may request that they be added at our Sales Offices by filling out a form within six months after completion of your trip. If your OnePass number is not included in your reservation or shows as incorrect, the process will take approximately 4-8 weeks, once the information has been entered manually in the system.

In addition, we have other partners with whom you can also earn miles for hotel stays, car rentals, cruises, and purchases made with co-branded credit cards, among other services.
