Administrative fee
A US $25 per-person, non-refundable administrative fee will be charged and added to the total ticket price upon purchase of your tickets at our Sales Offices and airports.
The following passengers are exempt from the administrative fee:
- OnePass Elite members and their companions traveling on the same itinerary.
- Customers who make their reservations on copaair.com and choose to pay at our Sales Offices or airports.
- OnePass Elite customers and their companions traveling on the same reservation and itinerary.
- Customers who use their corporate credit card.
- Customers using a travel voucher to pay for their ticket.
- Group tickets.
- Children's tickets.

Pets inside the passenger cabin (as carry-on baggage)
- The cost is US $75 per cage or container.
Pets traveling in the cargo hold (as checked baggage)
- Pets that weigh between 20 and 32 kg and are transported in the cargo hold will incur a charge of US $125.
- Pets that weigh between 33 and 45 kg and are transported in the cargo hold will incur a charge of US $200.
