The following rates apply to flights operated by Copa Airlines through the Hub of the Americas® in Panama. 

Applies to round-trip flights in an economy cabin, for the routes detailed in the “Routes included and seats available” section, according to the corresponding sales market. Does not apply to multi-city itineraries or codeshare flights. 

Rates are shown in each country's local currency using the following exchange rates as of September 28, 2026: 0.00220 CRC | 0.05668 MXN | 1.00 USD. For purchases in local currency, the reference exchange rate on the day of purchase will be applied. The exchange rates indicated are for reference only and do not guarantee the final amount to be paid, which will depend on the exchange rate in force at the time of purchase, according to the currency and payment method selected. 

Airport taxes and government fees may vary by airport and date of travel. 

Purchase and stay rules

Minimum advance purchase: The ticket purchase must be made at least 3 days in advance of the departure date of the first flight on the itinerary. The advance purchase applicable on each route is detailed in the “Routes included and seats available” section. Minimum stay does not apply.

Once the inventory allocated for a specific route is exhausted, the rate will no longer be available for that route, even if the campaign remains valid for other routes. The quantities of seats available correspond to the total assigned per route for the entire duration of the campaign, and do not guarantee availability on all flights, dates or times. 

Purchase channels and exclusions

Valid only for purchases made through copa.com, our reservation center, Copa Airlines offices and travel agencies. For in-person purchases, travel agencies and call centers, an additional administrative fee will apply, which will be informed before confirming the purchase. 

The fare is per person and includes fuel charges, airport taxes and government charges, except taxes or charges not collected by Copa Airlines (for example, departure taxes paid directly at the airport). Does not include administrative fee, travel agency charges, charges for additional or excess baggage, or optional services. The breakdown of the total price, including taxes and charges, will be shown to the passenger before confirming the purchase. It cannot be combined with other discounts. 

Final provisions

Fares are subject to availability at the time of search and may not be available on all dates or flights. Copa Airlines reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate these fares with respect to fares not purchased, without affecting tickets already issued in accordance with the conditions in force at the time of purchase. 

It is the passenger's responsibility to comply with all immigration and health requirements demanded by the departure, transit and destination authorities. Some immigration regulations require proof of departure from the destination country. 

The conditions and restrictions of the fare class purchased apply. The conditions of changes, cancellations and refunds will apply according to the class and/or fare family acquired, including the applicable penalties and charges, as well as any fare difference that may be generated at the time of the change.

Additional Terms and Conditions (COLOMBIA ONLY)

This is a fee, non-refundable. Consequently, the right of withdrawal does not apply. 

Right of withdrawal (applicable only to purchases made through non-face-to-face channels): The passenger may exercise the right of withdrawal when the ticket purchase has been made through non-face-to-face channels (including website, mobile application or call center), provided that the following conditions are met: 

• The withdrawal is requested within five (5) business days following the purchase;

• The flight is not scheduled within five (5) days of purchase; and

• The trip has not started.

Additionally, the withdrawal must be exercised at least in advance of the flight start date of: 

• Eight (8) calendar days, in the case of domestic flights; either

• Fifteen (15) calendar days, in the case of international flights.

In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, no penalties will be applied to the rate. However, the administrative fee and those taxes, fees or charges that, by regulatory provision, are not refundable, may be deducted.

For purchases in local currency, the reference exchange rate on the date of purchase will apply. The exchange rates shown are for reference only and do not guarantee the final amount payable, which will depend on the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase, according to the selected currency and payment method. 

For Argentina: Promotional fares are displayed and charged in USD. When purchasing through the global portal, credit card payments may be processed abroad, so additional charges associated with international transactions may apply, even if these charges are not included in or reflected in the quote. The final amount payable will depend on the terms applied by the card issuer and/or the selected payment method. 

Airport taxes and government charges may vary depending on the airport and travel date.

Additional Terms and Conditions (COLOMBIA ONLY)

This is a non-refundable fare. Therefore, the right of cancellation (derecho de desistimiento) does not apply. 

Right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto, applicable only to purchases made through remote channels): Passengers may exercise the right of withdrawal when the ticket was purchased through remote channels (including the website, mobile application or call center), provided that the following conditions are met: 

• Withdrawal is requested within five (5) business days after purchase;

• The flight is not scheduled to depart within five (5) days after purchase; and

• Travel has not begun.

Additionally, the right of withdrawal must be exercised at least the following period before the flight departure date: 

• Eight (8) calendar days for domestic flights; or

• Fifteen (15) calendar days for international flights.

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, no fare penalties will apply. However, the administrative fee and any taxes, fees or charges that are non-refundable under applicable regulations may be deducted.

Once the inventory allocated for a specific route is exhausted, the rate will no longer be available for that route, even if the campaign remains valid for other routes. The quantities of seats available correspond to the total assigned per route for the entire duration of the campaign, and do not guarantee availability on all flights, dates or times. 

Purchase channels and exclusions 

Valid only for purchases made through copa.com, our reservation center, Copa Airlines offices and travel agencies. For in-person purchases, travel agencies and call centers, an additional administrative fee will apply, which will be informed before confirming the purchase. 

The fare is per person and includes fuel charges, airport taxes and government charges, except taxes or charges not collected by Copa Airlines (for example, departure taxes paid directly at the airport). Does not include administrative fee, travel agency charges, charges for additional or excess baggage, or optional services. The breakdown of the total price, including taxes and charges, will be shown to the passenger before confirming the purchase. It cannot be combined with other discounts. 

Final provisions

Fares are subject to availability at the time of search and may not be available on all dates or flights. Copa Airlines reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate these fares with respect to fares not purchased, without affecting tickets already issued in accordance with the conditions in force at the time of purchase. 

It is the passenger's responsibility to comply with all immigration and health requirements demanded by the departure, transit and destination authorities. Some immigration regulations require proof of departure from the destination country. 

The conditions and restrictions of the fare class purchased apply. The conditions of changes, cancellations and refunds will apply according to the class and/or fare family acquired, including the applicable penalties and charges, as well as any fare difference that may be generated at the time of the change.

Additional Terms and Conditions (COLOMBIA ONLY) 

This is a fee, non-refundable. Consequently, the right of withdrawal does not apply. 

Right of withdrawal (applicable only to purchases made through non-face-to-face channels): The passenger may exercise the right of withdrawal when the ticket purchase has been made through non-face-to-face channels (including website, mobile application or call center), provided that the following conditions are met: 

The withdrawal is requested within five (5) business days following the purchase; 

The flight is not scheduled within five (5) days of purchase; and 

The trip has not started. 

Additionally, the withdrawal must be exercised at least in advance of the flight start date of: 

Eight (8) calendar days, in the case of domestic flights; either 

Fifteen (15) calendar days, in the case of international flights. 

In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, no penalties will be applied to the rate. However, the administrative fee and those taxes, fees or charges that, by regulatory provision, are not refundable, may be deducted.
