Terms and Conditions

• This Promotion applies exclusively to Cardholders of the Participating Banks who, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of their respective loyalty programs, earn points eligible for conversion into ConnectMiles, the loyalty program of Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (Copa Airlines).
• During the Promotion period, Cardholders who convert points to ConnectMiles will receive an additional fifty percent (50%) bonus in ConnectMiles on top of the number of miles actually credited as a result of the conversion.
• The promotional bonus will be calculated solely on conversions made during the Promotion period, which runs from May 30 to July 30, 2026.
• The miles awarded as a promotional bonus are in addition to and cumulative with the miles earned through the standard conversion of points.
• To participate in the Promotion, the Cardholder must correctly provide their ConnectMiles number when requesting the conversion of points to miles. Copa Airlines shall not be liable for miles that are not credited, are credited incorrectly, or are transferred to the wrong accounts as a result of errors, omissions, or incorrect information provided by the Cardholder.
• The conversion of points to ConnectMiles may be subject to a fee charged by the Participating Bank or any other applicable charges in accordance with the Participating Bank’s Terms and Conditions.
• The minimum amount required for conversions will be as established by each Participating Bank.
• The crediting of ConnectMiles and the promotional bonus is subject to the correct processing, validation, and reporting of the transaction by the Participating Bank. Accordingly, Copa Airlines shall not be liable for transactions that have not been processed, have been rejected, reversed, canceled, duplicated, late reported, or that contain operational or technological inconsistencies caused by the Participating Bank or third parties. Conversions that are reversed, fraudulent, canceled, or made in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the applicable terms of the ConnectMiles Program or the Participating Bank will not be eligible for the Promotion.
• The promotional bonus may take up to sixty (60) business days to be credited, starting from the date the conversion is successfully processed.
• ConnectMiles reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any transaction and to withhold, suspend, or reverse bonus miles if any fraudulent activity, abuse, tampering, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any conduct that undermines the legitimate purpose of the Promotion is detected.
• The ConnectMiles Program Terms and Conditions available at copaair.com, as well as the applicable Terms and Conditions of each Participating Bank, which are deemed accepted by the Cardholder upon participation in the Promotion.
• This Promotion does not alter the existing contractual relationship between the Cardholder and their Participating Bank, nor does it affect the Terms and Conditions applicable to the credit cards, rewards programs, or financial services offered by said Participating Bank.
• Copa Airlines does not manage or control the Participating Banks’ points programs; therefore, any inquiries regarding points accrual, available balances, eligibility, fees, blocks, or restrictions must be addressed directly with the relevant Participating Bank.
• This content may include links or hyperlinks to third-party websites that are not operated or controlled by Copa Airlines. Accordingly, Copa Airlines takes no responsibility for the content, availability, security, or privacy policies of such external websites.
• This Promotion is personal and non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash or other benefits other than those expressly stated. Copa Airlines may modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time.
• This Promotion is organized by Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (Copa Airlines), a corporation duly established under the laws of the Republic of Panama, with its principal place of business at Business Park, Torre Norte, Costa del Este, Panama City, Republic of Panama. This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, notwithstanding any rights that consumers may have under the mandatory laws applicable in their place of residence.
