“COPA AIRLINES PREFERCHALLENGE AND 3X PQM VEN 2026” PROMOTION

The “Copa Airlines PreferChallenge and 3x PQM VEN 2026” promotional campaign (hereinafter, “THE PROMOTION”) is organized by Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (Copa Airlines), through its ConnectMiles loyalty program, and consists of two (2) separate mechanisms aimed at ConnectMiles members who fly eligible flight segments on Copa Airlines routes to or from Venezuela during the periods specified in these Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of THE PROMOTION, “CM VEN segments” shall mean flight segments operated by Copa Airlines and/or marketed under the CM code, with origin or destination in Venezuela, and that meet the applicable ConnectMiles accrual conditions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Be a ConnectMiles member with an active, valid account that complies with the program’s Terms and Conditions.
• Fly eligible CM VEN segments within the period applicable to each mechanism of THE PROMOTION.
• Ensure that your ConnectMiles member number is correctly included in the reservation before beginning your trip and that it remains associated with the ticket and the flights used to participate.
• Successfully complete the flight. Segments that are booked, canceled, not flown, refunded, or for which the member does not board will not be considered.

MECHANISM 1: COPA AIRLINES PREFERCHALLENGE

• The Copa Airlines PreferChallenge mechanism applies to eligible CM VEN segments flown from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
• The member must keep their contact information complete and up to date and register Venezuela as their country of residence.
• Eligible members who fly at least five (5) eligible CM VEN segments during the 2026 calendar year may receive PreferMember Silver status valid through February 2028, subject to validation by ConnectMiles.
• Eligible members who fly at least ten (10) eligible CM VEN segments during the 2026 calendar year may receive PreferMember Gold status valid through February 2028, subject to validation by ConnectMiles.
• For the Copa Airlines PreferChallenge, the following are excluded: tickets redeemed with miles (award tickets), tickets issued and/or flown on other airlines, complimentary tickets, employee tickets, or other ineligible tickets as defined by the program rules.
• Each eligible CM VEN segment will count only once toward the Copa Airlines PreferChallenge, regardless of the fare paid, provided it is not excluded under these Terms and Conditions.
• If a member completes both flight challenges during the year 2026, they will be awarded the highest applicable status under this mechanism: PreferMember Gold status.

MECHANISM 2: 3X QUALIFYING MILE MULTIPLIER

• The 3X Qualifying Mile (hereinafter “PQM”) multiplier mechanism applies only to eligible CM VEN segments flown from September 2, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
• Members will earn three (3) times the applicable PQM on eligible CM VEN segments flown during that period. For these purposes, the 3X PQM multiplier is equivalent to earning the applicable base PQM plus two (2) times those PQM as a promotional bonus, subject to the ConnectMiles Program rules.
• The 3X PQM multiplier applies only to segments that generate PQMs in accordance with the ConnectMiles rules. Segments that do not earn PQMs under the program will not be eligible to receive promotional PQMs.
• Promotional PQMs are not award miles, are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. Their sole purpose is to contribute to the member’s PreferMember qualification, in accordance with the ConnectMiles rules.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• By participating in THE PROMOTION, the member hereby accepts and acknowledges these Terms and Conditions, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of ConnectMiles.
• THE PROMOTION applies only to ConnectMiles members who are individuals with active accounts and who comply with the program rules. It does not apply to accounts that have been suspended, canceled, duplicated, are fake, or are linked to fraudulent activities.
• Eligible flight segments will be determined based on Copa Airlines’ and ConnectMiles’ records. In the event of a discrepancy between the member’s information and the program’s records, Copa Airlines’ and/or ConnectMiles’ records will prevail, unless there is a clear error.
• Flight segments flown before or after the period applicable to each mechanism will not be considered for that mechanism, even if they are part of the same reservation or itinerary.
• Voluntary or involuntary itinerary changes, cancellations, rebookings, operational irregularities, or any other changes to the trip will only be considered to the extent that the segment actually flown meets the eligibility requirements of THE PROMOTION.
• The benefits of THE PROMOTION are not transferable, negotiable, redeemable, or refundable in cash. Nor may they be sold, assigned, or substituted for another benefit, unless expressly decided by Copa Airlines.
• Crediting of PreferMember status or promotional PQMs will be reflected within up to 8 business days or after the requirements have been validated.
• Copa Airlines and ConnectMiles may establish internal review processes and reverse any benefits credited due to error, fraud, non-compliance, or ineligibility.
• The PreferMember status granted under the Copa Airlines PreferChallenge, as well as its validity, benefits, and terms of use, will be subject to the rules of the PreferProgram and the applicable ConnectMiles Terms and Conditions.
• THE PROMOTION may be combined with the regular accrual of miles or PQMs only when permitted by the ConnectMiles rules. Copa Airlines may limit or exclude the combination with other promotions, incentives, corporate offers, or special benefits.
• Copa Airlines may disqualify any member who attempts to manipulate participation, alter records, improperly associate a ConnectMiles number, transfer flight segments, use false information, or breach these Terms and Conditions.
• The participant hereby declares that the information provided to Copa Airlines and/or ConnectMiles is accurate and authorizes its processing for the purposes of managing their account, verifying compliance with THE PROMOTION, crediting benefits, contacting them, and complying with legal obligations. • Copa Airlines will not be liable for technical errors, system unavailability, communication failures, incomplete or incorrect data, or any cause attributable to the member that prevents eligible flights from being associated with their ConnectMiles account.
• Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (Copa Airlines) may modify, suspend, or cancel THE PROMOTION, its dates, mechanisms, or terms and conditions, due to unforeseeable events, force majeure, operational, regulatory, or commercial changes, fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances that affect its implementation.
• THE PROMOTION and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute or claim shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts of the Republic of Panama.
• THE PROMOTION is organized by Compañía Panameña de Aviación, S.A. (Copa Airlines), through its ConnectMiles loyalty program, with headquarters located at Urbanización Costa del Este, Complejo Business Park, Torre Norte, Panama City, Republic of Panama.
