The information on this page is constantly updated. We put at your disposal all the information you need to know about the biosecurity requirements, documents and entry restrictions to plan your trip.
International Travel requirements
We monitor and update the information daily as changes or different requirements are published in all the destinations we fly. Even so, we recommend our passengers to constantly check to be aware of any changes or new requirements that may impact their trip.
In the next two sections you will be able to know all the documents and biosafety requirements with which you must comply.

Make sure to read all the criteria and requirements, before your trip. If you do not have all the documents in order or do not meet at least one of the required requirements, you may not be able to board the aircraft.

Passport, Visa and Other Health Travel Requirements
It is important that you have all the documentation required to enter the country of destination as you may not be able to board the aircraft if you miss one or more. To know the specific entry documents and health requirements for you trip, complete the form below.

IMPORTANT:
- The passenger is responsible for all necessary travel documents including passport, visas, tourist cards, vaccination certificate, and any other additional or special document required by law or regulations in force in the countries of departure, destination or transit.
- Take into consideration that some immigration regulations require for Copa Airlines to ensure that all passengers who are not nationals or legal residents in the country where they are traveling to have a means of transport to leave the country (depending on the authority and its law)./li>
- Passengers with nationality or residence in MERCOSUR Member States (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela and Bolivia) and Associated States (Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Guyana and Suriname) traveling between any of these countries must present their passport when transiting Panama City through the Hub of the Americas. Personal identification documents are recognized as travel documents only on direct flights between MERCOSUR countries.
