Terms and Conditions - PriceLock

The option to PriceLock is available for one-way or roundtrip reservations through Copa.com and Copa’s App, and operated by Copa Airlines and Copa Airlines Colombia. Applies only for selected flights and dates.
The option to PriceLock will not be available on itineraries that include other airlines, vacation packages, or mileage award bookings.
The charge to PriceLock will be applied to each person on the reservation at the time of selecting this option. PriceLock is free of charge for infants in the reservation.
Fees to PriceLock are nonrefundable and are not applied towards the price of the ticket.
Once a PriceLock reservation is ticketed, the record will be subject to the normal fare rules. If a ticket is refunded, the PriceLock fee will not be included in the refund amount given that this fee is nonrefundable. PriceLock is offered at least 7 days before the flight departure.
Fees to PriceLock are processed immediately after purchasing PriceLock.
Reservations with PriceLock must be ticketed by the indicated date and time, to guarantee the fare quoted. At any time during the Reserved Period you can confirm and pay for your booking by:
- Retrieving your booking from "My Trips" section
- Retrieving your booking online, signed on your ConnectMiles account
- By calling the reservations center
- In person, at the airport and sales offices
PriceLock reservations will automatically cancel if not purchased by the expiration date.
Once purchased PriceLock, the held reservation may not be changed. To make a change, the guest must: a) cancel the PriceLock reservation and rebook the desired itinerary which may result in a fare increase; or b) issue the reservation and make changes afterwards.
No more than one (1) reservation with the same guest's name and route can be held at any given time.
Administrative fees are charged if the ticket payment is made through the Call Center, sales offices or airport.
Senior discounts and diplomat exemptions can be acquired completing the ticket payment through the Call Center, sales offices or airport.
PriceLock cannot be purchased with miles, and cannot be used for tickets paid with miles.
Passangers can accumulate miles for the trip, but not for PriceLock's payment.
Copa Airlines has the right to cancel any reservation that violates these PriceLock Term and Conditions or any other Copa Airlines policies.
