TSA PreCheck available from U.S. Airport and Puerto Rico.
TSA Pre✓® is a pre-inspection process that allows passengers who belong to a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Trusted Traveler program to pass through security checkpoints easier, quicker, and more efficiently.
Copa Airlines joined the TSA Pre✓® program to offer trusted passengers expedited security screening when traveling from U.S. airports including Puerto Rico.
With TSA Pre✓® on your boarding pass, there’s no need to remove your shoes, belt, or light jacket at expedited security checkpoints in the U.S. Liquids up to 3.4 oz and laptops remain in your carry-on bag. And with a TSA Pre✓® boarding pass, children 12 and under traveling with you will also receive TSA Pre✓®.
As a member of TSA Pre✓®, Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI use your Known Traveler Number to receive TSA Pre✓® boarding passes for flights from more than 180 U.S. airports.
If you need assistance with new or existing reservations, contact our Reservation Center or visit a Copa Airlines ticket counter when you get to the airport for enter your Known Traveler Number.
With a valid Known Traveler Number in your reservation you should see the “TSA PRE” text or the TSA Pre✓® logo displayed on your boarding pass as shown below, as long as the KTN had been verified and selected by the TSA. At the airport, head to the TSA Pre✓® screening area.

How can I find my “Known Traveler Number”?
- Members of Global Entry, SENTRI, or NEXUS may find their Known Traveler Number (PASS ID) on the Global Online Enrollment System (GOES) website.
- Members of the TSA Pre✓® Application Program may find their Known Traveler Number on the Universal Enrollment Services (UES) website.
- U.S. Department of Defense active duty and civilian employees may learn how to find their number by visiting TSA.gov. (https://www.tsa.gov/travel/special-procedures/military-travelers).

Can I add my KTN to my ConnectMiles profile?
You can add your KTN to your ConnectMiles profile by following thesesteps:
- Access connectmiles.com
- Log in and access your account
- On the left side menu, find the “My Profile” option. Then select this option and click on the Step 3.
- In the Step 3 form, there is a field for entering the Known Traveler Number or KTN.
- Save your information when you finish.
Who can add the KTN in their ConnectMiles profile?
All ConnectMiles members who have a valid known traveler number or KTN, can add it in their ConnectMiles profile.
