All flights in this reservation will be canceled.
When using the credit, all flights on the new itinerary must be completed up to one year from the issue date of your original ticket or December 31st, 2021.
When using the credit, no change fee or fare difference will be charged, as long as it is within the same cabin.
Cancellation of the reservation applies to all passengers and all flights within the reservation.
The change fee waiver is applicable to Copa issued tickets only. All Copa ticket numbers begin with “230”.
Credit will be based on fare amount. Government regulations of each country dictate the reusability of some taxes and fees (airport and others); therefore some might not apply for credit. Once you decide on your new trip, we will provide you with detailed information.
Purchased upgrades and paid seat assignments are not included in the amount to be credited. Terms and conditions of this product may apply.
For cancelation of 3rd party products (insurance, cars, and hotels) the passenger will need to contact the provider directly.

To rebook travel using the credit, customers must contact one of our contact centers or visit a ticketing office.
