Reservations and Refunds
- Confirm itinerary and assign seats for future tips, log in to My Trips or contact the Reservation Center.
- Quote for a new ticket, enter copa.com in Book your trip, select the origin, destination, and desired dates.
- Change an existing ticket, contact the Reservation Center.
- Request a refund of airline tickets. Go to our link to check previous refund requests.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges for airfare and other services related to your trip.
- Additional paid services (business class upgrades, seats, extra checked baggage) are non-refundable. Enter the following link to see the policies of additional services. To return additional services not honored due to the airline's responsibility, enter the claim and complaint form.
