- Animal Health Export Certificate: It must be signed by an official veterinarian of the country of origin through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
In the case of dogs and cats originating in Panama, the certificate must have a consular approval from Brazil, due to the reciprocity agreement between Brazil and Panama.

The Livestock Agricultural Service (SAG) of Chile establishes the requirements for the entry and exit of dogs and cats:
Requirements for the entry of dogs and cats
- Official animal health certificate issued abroad, valid for 10 days from its issuance until the date of entry to Chile (language of origin and also in Spanish).
- Passport for animals of the European Union, validity defined by the veterinary clinical examination.
- Zoosanitary Export Certificate issued in Chile to leave the country, valid for 21 days, must re-enter accompanied by an Official Zoosanitary Certificate issued abroad.

The Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) establishes the requirements for the entry and exit of dogs and cats:

- Original health certificate, issued by the official health entity of the country of origin with original or electronic seal and signature with date of issue not exceeding 10 calendar days prior to the entry of animals into the country.
- Original and copy of the current vaccination certification.

- Proof of payment of the fee established by the ICA.
- Original and copy of sanitary certificate issued by a veterinarian or veterinary or zootechnical doctor with signature, professional registration number issued by COMVEZCOL and date of issue not exceeding 5 calendar days prior to the shipment of the animals.
- Original and copy of the current vaccination certification.

The Fito and Zoosanitary Regulation and Control Agency (AGROCALIDAD) of Ecuador establishes the requirements for the entry and exit of dogs and cats:
Sanitary requirements for the exit of dogs and cats
Process a permit in advance of the date of your flight, which is granted by AGROCALIDAD, a unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Ecuador.
This permit can be obtained: showing vaccination certificate, medical certificate of good health and Zoo-sanitary Permit of the pet. It must be validated by the indicated authority of the Ministry in Ecuador.
The pets with less than eight weeks old will not get permission to leave because before that time has not completed the vaccination schedule.

- Health certificate, stating that the animal is in good health upon arrival and does not show signs of communicable diseases.
- Rabies vaccination certificate, signed by a certified veterinarian. Vaccinations must be done at least 30 days before the dog arrives in the United States. Because puppies should not be vaccinated before three months of age, puppy dogs that are less than 4 months old will not be admitted. You must include the following information:
- Information that can give identification and detail of the dog that includes breed, sex, age, color, particular features.
- Date of vaccination against rabies, specifying that it was 30 days before arrival in the United States.
- Expiration date of vaccination. If an expiration date is not specified, the vaccination must have been made within 12 months prior to arrival in the United States.
- Signature of a certified veterinarian.

The Ministry of Industry, Trade, Agriculture and Fisheries (MICAF) of Jamaica establishes the requirements for entry and exit of dogs and cats:

- Only dogs and cats from Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Ireland are allowed to enter.
- Animals from other countries cannot enter Jamaica as there are no quarantine facilities available on the island.
- The entry of all dogs and cats that come from the aforementioned countries must be accompanied by an import permit from the Division of Veterinary Services of the Ministry of
Agriculture of Jamaica before arriving on the island.

The Ministry of Health (MINSA) and the Ministry of Agricultural Development (MIDA) of Panama establishes the requirements for the entry and exit of dogs and cats:
Sanitary requirements for the entry of dogs and cats
- Animal export health certificate issued by the authority of the country of origin, authenticated in Panamanian diplomatic offices, stating that the animal is in good health and rabies vaccination is effective in dogs and cats older than 3 months.
- Certificate of vaccination against rabies.
- Notify the arrival of the pet 3 to 5 business days in advance by filling out the Home Quarantine Request form.
You must deliver these documents to the veterinarian of the Zoonosis Control Department at the International Airport of Tocumen , who verifies the documentation.
If the requirements are met, the pet is delivered to the responsible person. If it does not comply, the pet is returned to its country of origin using the services of the airline used when the country arrives.
Note: The airport's business hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday. Pets that arrive on weekends or on holidays will remain in the airport's kennels until the next business day.
